engineering to high temperature processes. An essential advantage of our equipment is a
possibility of preprogrammed matching user's probe characteristic to the ideal one. This
advantage allows to make precision temperature measurement even if user has a class C
probe. The highiest quality of this solution confirmed investigation conducted by the
Regional Measurement Office in Kraków, which confirmed that our thermometers are traceable
to the national and international standards. For example our microprocessor
thermometer version S (thermocouple PtRh-Pt) is traceable to the national standard with a
tolerance +0.1%( i.e at +1750oC the measurement error is only 1oC).
Additionally all our products are DIN sized and they meet all requirements of the
world wide standards.

are achieved through a unique linearizing technique. The TP - 196 is a compact, high
precision thermometer with a probe completely interchangeable through the connector base
and covers a broad range of applications including laboratory, industrial and warehouse
and for many applications in pharmacy, food management, plastic processing, foundry or
factory enviroment.
The instruments which fulfil requirements of the quality assurance system ISO - 9000.
Platinum temperature probes and thermocouples are subjected to a great deal of thermal,
chemical and even mechanical stresses during their industrial use. As the temperature is
one of the most important indicators of quality, operational safety and service life, the quality
assurance systems based on ISO-9000 demand inspection and
calibration of temperature probe at least once a year. To meet this requirements, Geneza
Ltd. Developed Computer Calibrators series ISO - Test 9000.
The system calibrates and inspects resistance thermometers ( Pt - 100, Pt - 500, Pt - 1000
and Ni - 1000), thermocouples J,K and S in accordance with the international standards EN - 60751 +A2:1995 (RTD) or EN - 60584.1
(TC) and ISO 9000 procedure series.
The ISO - Test 9000 system consists of programmable heated circulating bath,
calibrator which feature bi-directional RS - 232 interface to external computer (PC).
During the test operation, the software enables you to view all data and create
calibration certificate including your private logo.
All parts of the ISO - Test 9000 system possess, issued by the
Measurement Office, certificates of conformance to the
international temperature standards. Calibration values can be manually entered and stored
for each standard traceable probe at any temperature given in their certificate of
traceability.
Scanning thermometers/dataloggers

thermometers/loggers are perfect for simultaneous temperature monitoring during different
industrial and laboratory process steps.
Wall mount units in rugged plastic housing, which fulfil IP54 requirements, store data and
download to your PC or printer, because they feature RS 232 and Centronics parallel
printer output. Dependently from the model, this sophisticated thermometer covers
temperature range from -100oC to +1750oC
and achieve accuracies of +0.2% of reading. Reading may be logged and stored at
intervals ranging from 2 minutes to 99 hours. Nonvolatile memory stores setup conditions
(RS-232, printers, log interval, probe calibration). The meter also includes a real time
clock which shows time, day, month and year.
Higher accuracies, grater than the typical electronics HACCP, thermometers, are achieved through
a unique linearising technique. All models features a quick disconnect panel input
for probes and a large easy-to-read LED display allowing 0.1oC resolution for

day uses in an office or factory enviroment.
Microprocessor Thermohygrometer
Model THM 298
Description.
Microprocessor based thermohigrometer model THM 298 sets a new standards in
thermohygrography. This temperature/relative humidity datalogger accurately measures,
indicate and record temperature and relative humidity creating charts and graphs on the
printer connected to its parallel output. The instrument features backlit alphanumeric
display and battery backup during power failure. Model THM 298 also contains two relays
which switch contacts in response to an alarm condition. Simultaneous alarm points for
temperature and relative humidity are user selectable. When the current condition exceed
any of the preset values the contacts of the relays switches and/or special icons on the
front panel lit.
This sophisticated wall-mount unit is assembled in rugged plastic housing with flipping
open front panel door which permits access to the control keys of the thermohygrometer.
Other unique features make the THM 298 an even better value: digital calibration of

Microprocessor based temperature controllers
.
The panel mount, DIN sized, microprocessor based temperature controllers provide full
programmability with a complete array of features in a compact low cost unit. Higher
accuracies, greater than typical indicating controller, are achieved through a unique
preprogrammed linearizing technique. These controllers feature also four bright, easy - to
- read, large digit displays for process and two digit LED displays to show set point of
status. Another feature of the MRP controllers are the text display which ensures simple
programming and operation. Outputs are either ON/OFF or PROPORTIONAL via
internal relay. These outputs are selectable with the keypad. Photo
In the ON/OFF mode, controller switch On the heater, when the temperature of the
object is lower than programmed and switch Off on the crossing the set point of
temperature. Because, the heater has always a thermal inertia and gives up the heat even
if the electrical power is switched off, the object's temperature increases over the
setted value. To avoid this phenomena, the controller has got a histeresis option.
The point of this option is that the user experimentaly choose the lower temperature, when
the heater should be switched off in order to reach the exact temperature wanted, taking
into account a thermal inertia of the specific heater. An additional feature of the
controller is a possibility of setting up a hysteresis separately in each of 10 time
vs.temperature profiles. A histeresis also neutralizes "snaping" of an external
power contactor in the case of intstantaneous and cycling changes of temperature near the
set point.
In the PROPORTIONAL mode, the controller suplies the power to the heater
proportionally to the difference between the set temperature and actual one. In result the
heater's temperature decreases proportionally as the setted temperature is reaching. Such
operation is achieved by switching ON and OFF the internal relay during a short time
period. This " time proportion " changes the heating efficiency near the
temperature set point. The proportional control is performing in the programmable
proportional band. Outside this band, the controller works in the ON/OFF mode. Inside this
band, the ratio ON time period to OFF time period changes proportionally to the difference
between setted and actual temperature. If the actual temperature of heated object is lower
than setted up, the heater will be switched ON longer than switched OFF. However, if the
actual temperature of the heated object exceed the setted one, the heater will be switched
OFF longer time. The proportional band is individually programmable in degrees Celsius for
the each temperature profile. Also, the band ratio called "rP" in order to match
to a specific technological process is selectable with the keypad.
An essential advantage of the MRP controller is a preprogrammed matching user's probe
characteristic to the ideal one. This advantage allows to make precision temperature
measurements even if user has got a class C probe.
A nonvolatile memory of setted up control parameters and monitoring possible failures of
the connected temperature probe in order to avoid the breakdown the heated object are very
special features.
Additionally, the microprocessor temperature controller MRP has an economical option to
save the power. As everybody knows, to heat quickly any object it is necessary to input
higher power than to stabilize reached temperature. The designers, who know this effect,
usually design two heating circuits. The microprocessor controller has programmable
possibility to control an additional heating circuit through the internal relay signed
"r2" while the main heating circuit is controlled through the internal relay
signed " r1 ". The MRP controllers have also an alarm clock showing
current time and date.
